Refund and Exchanges Policy
Since all our products are personalized, exchanges or returns are not allowed. However, there are exceptions. Now, if Mafafa Creations and you as a buyer agree to return an item, there are a few approaches you can take. In general, to help a buyer with a return, we must:
1. Coordinate the return.
2. Wait to receive the item.
3. Refund of the item or order.
1. Coordinate the return.
1. To coordinate a return, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your order through our contact form here or by writing an email to info@mafafacreations.com indicating your full name, email used in your account with Mafafa Creaciones and the number of order. Additionally, a description of the item(s) you want to return and why you want to return it.
2. Mafafa Creationes will analyze the case and will respond to you within 24 hours of your request, informing you whether or not we accept the change or return.
3. If we accept the change or return, we will indicate the address to which you must send your package.
4. Mafafa Creations will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must keep its original packaging and labeling.

The shipment must be made using the same box in which it was received to protect the product. In the event that it cannot be done with the box with which it was delivered, you must return it in a protective box so that the product reaches the warehouse of Mafafa Creations with the maximum possible guarantees.

A copy of the delivery note must be included in the package, where the returned products and the reason for the return are also marked.
5. You may send the product to be returned to Mafafa Creations by the means it deems appropriate. You always bearing the shipping costs of this return and the risks of loss of the package. If the reason for the return is attributable to Mafafa Creations (the product is defective or wrong with respect to what was requested in the order), the amount of the return will be refunded, to do this, you must send us by email a copy of the invoice for the shipping costs incurred to return the product, without this invoice, we will not be able to refund the shipping costs, although we can refund the amount of the product as long as the established conditions are met. If the reason is another (the products were served correctly), the cost of the return expenses will be borne by you.
6. Inform Mafafa Creaciones of the courier company used, the date and time of the return.
7. You can only return items for a refund if you have been pre-authorized by us. Otherwise, we do not guarantee any kind of refund for items received without prior authorization.
2. Wait to receive the item.
Once we have received the item(s) and verify that they are in good condition, we will proceed to make the refund or exchange.
3. Refund of the item or Order.
1. Mafafa Creations will manage the return order under the same system that was used for payment within 3 days from the confirmation of arrival at the warehouse of the returned order. The application of the refund to the Customer's account or card will depend on the card and the issuing entity. Normally it takes 5-7 business days.
2. In the case of change, a new item will be sent as described by the client (shipping costs are covered by the client).
