Shipping Policy
Mafafa Creations offers a variety of services to make it easier to get items into the hands of buyers quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery obligations as a seller and your responsibilities as a buyer.

This policy is a part of our Terms & Conditions.
1. Delivering Your Items
Mafafa Creations is responsible for packaging and delivering sold items to buyers, therefore we are responsible for making sure our buyers receive their orders.

1. We use materials and packaging that protect the integrity of your products so that they can arrive without any type of damage.

2. The shipment will be made solely and exclusively to the address that you indicate at the time of checkout. Be sure to provide an accurate shipping address, which includes full name, unit number, street name, city, state/county/province, and postal number. Mafafa Creations will not be responsible for errors caused in the delivery when the delivery address entered by the Client in the order form does not conform to reality or has been omitted.

3. For security reasons, Mafafa Creations will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

4. Shipping costs can be verified at the time of checkout, since they will depend on the number of items in your order and your location. You can find information on how shipping costs are calculated here.

5. We take care to comply with all local and international customs and delivery regulations.

6. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

7. Each shipping company has a different delivery time, but we can offer you some estimated ranges based on our experience and you can see them below:

-
Canada: 3-10 business days (standard shipping).
-
USA: 5-10 business days (standard shipping).
-
International: 15-20 business days (standard shipping).

8. Orders shipped abroad may be delayed due to Customs controls.

9. Unexpected service delays (weather conditions, natural disasters, unforeseen events) add at least two to three business days to your estimated delivery date.

10. If at the time of delivery the Customer is absent, the transport company will leave a receipt notifying that it has been at the address, or it will call the customer by phone to arrange a delivery time. Mafafa Creations hires, as part of the courier delivery service, the performance of a series of follow-up actions, aimed at guaranteeing that delivery occurs.

11. If after 7 business days after the delivery of the order has not been arranged, the Customer must contact us. In the event that the Client does not proceed in this way, after 10 business days from the delivery of the order, it will be returned to our warehouses and the Client must bear the actual shipping and return costs to the origin of the merchandise, as well as of the possible associated management expenses. These shipping and return costs may be higher than those offered on our website, since the company is responsible for a large part of these shipping costs as a special promotion for customers. These shipping and return costs will also vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the order.

12. If the reason for which the delivery could not be made is the loss of the package, our carrier will initiate an investigation. In these cases, the response times of our carriers usually range from one to three weeks, and we must wait for their response to decide whether to proceed with a refund of your order or not.
13. If the company accepts that your package was lost you will get a full refund, but if the company marks your order as delivered, a refund cannot be made.
2. Fees
The cost of the shipment will depend on the origin, destination, weight, class of mail, type of package and dimensions of the package. If you add signature confirmation or insurance, fees will be added to the total cost of the tag at the point of purchase.

These costs are defined by the shipping company according to the information previously provided. Here you can see the shipping rates of our service provider Canada Post.
3. What is an Estimated Delivery Date?
The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes for us to create and prepare them for dispatch), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the delivery company).
Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date
For example: If the processing time for an item you purchased is 3-5 days and the transit time for your chosen delivery method is typically 2-4 days, your estimated delivery date is 5-9 days from today.

If we complete the order before the expected shipping date, the estimated delivery date will be recalculated accordingly.
